Services

KlaviyoAgency provides Klaviyo email marketing management services on a flexible monthly subscription basis. Services include but are not limited to campaign management, flow creation, email design, copywriting and strategic consultation.

Subscription Terms

Our services operate on a monthly subscription model. Clients may upgrade, downgrade or cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept all major payment methods.

Intellectual Property

All email designs, templates and creative assets produced for clients become the client's property upon payment. Our strategic methodologies and proprietary processes remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver measurable results, specific revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed as they depend on multiple factors including product quality, market conditions and customer behaviour.
